J.Kieffer strives to make unique bags that will make you feel and look your best.
That being said, if for any reason your bag isn’t what you wanted, returning it easy—and you’ll have fifteen days from the date of delivery to decide. There are just a few things you’ll have to do in order to return your item:
- Email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a Return Form
- Fill out Return Form and email it to us at the above address
- Make sure your merchandise is in the original condition—including tags and packaging.
- Ship your product to the return address printed on your Return Order. Be sure to package it adequately, so it won’t get damaged along the way. Please be sure to get your package back to us within 30 days of the delivery date!
- Once we’ve received your package, please allow for 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll refund the value of your product and sales tax; unfortunately, we’ll not be able to cover shipping.
- Once your return is accepted, your refund (or store credit) will be issued and we will send you a confirmation email.
- In the rare case that the product(s) doesn’t meet the conditions above, we’ll let you know. We can then send the item(s) back to you in the condition in which we received it, at your cost. If we haven’t heard back from you within fifteen days, we will dispose of the merchandise as necessary.
